Information that Is Collected by Cookies:   :A cookie is a piece of data stored on a Devotee's hard drive containing information about that Devotee. By setting a cookie on our website, the Devotee would not have to log in with a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our website. If a Devotee rejects the cookie, they may still use our website. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our Devotees to enhance the experience on our website.

Information that Is Actively Submitted to Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi:   In order to avail online facilities from this website, a Devotee must create an account and complete the registration process. During the account creation process, a Devotee must provide contact information (such as name, email address, mobile number, identity proof etc) so that we can stay in touch with our Devotees and authenticate them. This information is also used to fulfill order and registration requests. To avail online facilities ordered, a Devotee must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such as a credit card number and its expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes, with the help of our facility provider (the bank which is providing us the payment gateway facilities), and to fill Devotees' orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the Devotee.

Third Party Advertisers on Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi's Website:   Presently, we do not provide any third party advertisement on our website. No third party interference is allowed and hence there is no question of collecting any information from third party from our website. In future, if we allow advertisement on this website with authorized permission, we will decide on the collection of private information by third party or use of cookies by third party. The necessary information will be mentioned in this place.

Information Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi Obtains from Third Parties:   Presently website is not collecting Devotee information from third party. Only in case of Payment Gateway, the bank (who so ever provides the payment gateway facilitiess for online transaction) collects very critical information like Credit card or debit card number, Internet banking login details, Expiry date of credit card or debit card, Credit card or debit card holders name, amount deducted from their credit or debit account and any other relevant information which is required for online transaction. This information collected by payment gateway facility provider and this information along with your contact information is stored with payment gateway facility provider. Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust stores only your contact information and amount you donate or pay for various facilities or products. The payment gateway facility provider sends the transaction number to Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust website on completion of payment procedure along with status of transaction (like success, cancel or error).

On Successful transaction of payment:  In case of successful transaction of payment for online facilities the Devotee will be given a unique acknowledgement ID. The details will also be informed via email and text message on the email id and mobile number provided by Devotee. Devotee needs to use acknowledgement ID for all future references with Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust. It is mandatory for Devotee to produce acknowledgement for availing any facility at Shirdi. The amount will be deducted from Devotee's respective bank and credited in the account of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi account. The Devotee will get necessary entry in their passbook or bank statement directly from their bank.

On Failure of transaction of payment:   Devotee can edit/delete facilities from list of selected facilities at any point before making payment. Once Devotee navigates to payment gateway for making payment, entry for same will be stored with us. Devotee enters financial details in payment gateway and none of these details are stored with us. Only the final confirmation provided by payment gateway is stored. Payment for facility will be termed as completed and accepted by Sansthan only after realization of amount from bank. Only the facilities for which Sansthan receives complete payment are subject to cancellation policies. Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust does not own responsibility of any transactions for which payment is not completed and realized in Sansthan's account from bank.

We send a welcoming email to the email address associated with the account a Devotee has created to verify the Devotee's password and username. This process is designed to prevent email addresses from being used without permission in the creation of a Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi account. On any update transaction in Devotee profile, corresponding email will be sent to Devotee. Acknowledgements will also be sent on Devotees email address. We send the Devotee website and facility announcement updates. Devotees are not permitted to unsubscribe from such facility announcements, which contain important information about the website and/or facility. From time-to-time our website requests information from Devotees via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and, as such, the Devotee has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level).

Demographic Information: We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners. The aggregated demographic information is not linked to any Personally Identifiable Information that can identify any individual person.

Payment gateway to bill Devotees for goods and facilities:  These companies do not use Personally Identifiable Information for any use other than financial transaction processing; however, we will not be responsible or liable for use of the information required by these companies in contravention of their policies, contractual obligations or general good business procedures.

Partner with third parties who provide facilities to our Devotees: When the Devotee signs up for or agrees to receive a specific facility provided by the third party, we share the information that is needed for the third party to provide the facilities.

Share your Personally Identifiable Information with other entities that are owned by Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi, that own Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi, or have some sort of relationship with Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi.

The person visiting Shirdi shall register in his/her name , or the booked facilities will not be provided to any other person carrying the acknowledgement

Rescheduling shall not be done in any case after confirmation

Devotee has flexibility to check in at any time. Check in time needs to specified when booking accommodation online. Check out time for Devotee is fixed at 11AM.

Devotee can call Help desk (02423-258956,258963,Voice support will be available from 10 am to 06 pm (IST). Other than this time slot mail to =======support@sai.org.in) . Devotee can check in, any time before two hours of specified check out time.

Online booking will be open from 2nd day till 60th day.

Sanitation charges and extra charges per person changes according to type of room.

Devotee needs to follow steps as mentioned below when availing facility at Shirdi.

  a. Report to the specified accommodation center at the specified check in time.

  b. Produce acknowledgement and photo identity proof for verification to clerk. Room will not be allocated to Devotee in case he fails to produce the necessary documents.

Extension of stay may be permitted depending upon room availability for the day.

It is mandatory for Devotees to follow rules and regulations of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi. We reserve right to cancel/modify Devotee bookings in case any non disciplinary behavior is observed.

Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust reserves rights to change any of the terms and conditions mentioned above without prior notice.

Room nos. are not provided in the acknowledgement, you will get the rooms nos. at the counter after arrival at the respective counters.

Due to water shortage, Hot water in room will be available from 3:00 am to 9:00 am only from 21-Jan-2016 onwards.

Room for single person will not be allotted.

No Amount will be refunded to devotees after cancellation of Room Reservation facility.

To avail Baba's Darshan at Shirdi after Booking online Darshan facility, a Devotee must:

a. Produce Online Booking Acknowledgement & Photo Identity Proof in original (submitted at the time of registration) at Shani Gate (Verification Gate) in Shirdi.

b. Please report to verification Gate at the time specified on Acknowledgement.

c. Donation receipt emailed to devotee after booking online Darshan is for devotees reference only.

Appropriate charges will be applicable for online darshan facilities as per rules and regulations of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi. In addition to that, devotee also needs to pay non-refundable internet reservation charges.

Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust reserves the right to cancel Darshan facility for Devotee in case of failure of producing necessary documents. We also reserve rights to change / cancel Darshan timeslots in case of unavoidable circumstances.

No Amount will be refunded to devotees after cancellation of Darshan facility.

Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust accepts donation from devotees for various funds. Sansthan uses the donation for day to day administration of the trust to fulfill the requirements of devotee such as accommodation, food, medical facilities etc. Following are types of donations are available for devotee to donate online.

Charitable/Development donation

Donations made under Charitable/Development are eligible for income tax deduction u/s 80-G of income Tax Act 1961. Donation made under charitable/development fund is allocated to following funds

a. General Fund:   This fund is utilized for Trust corpus fund to provide facilities for devotees.

b. Building Fund:   This fund is utilized for construction of Buildings for various purposes of Sansthan as well as devotees.

c. Medical fund: This fund is used for needy patients of Shirdi and surroundings area to get modern and up to date medical facility at affordable rates.

d. Anndan fund:  This fund is used for providing meal (Prasad Bhojan) to Sai devotees at concessional rate and free meal to poor and needy people in Shri Sai Prasadalaya at Shirdi.

e. Education fund: This fund is used for development and administration of various educational institutions started by Sansthan to get better and up to date educational facility to rural area students of Shirdi and surrounding areas.

Donation for Religious Activities

Donations made under Religious Activities Fund are not eligible for income tax deduction u/s 80-G of income Tax Act 1961. These donations are allocated to following funds.

a. Abhishek Fund:  This fund is utilized for Daily Abhishek Pooja which is done by Sansthan on behalf of Sai Devotees.

b. Naivedya Fund: This fund is utilized for Nitya Naivedya to Shri Saibaba in the temple.

c. Festival fund: This fund is utilized for expenditures during festivals like Ramnavami, Shri gurupormnima and Shri Saibaba Punyatithi.

d. Kothi (Dhoop Deep) fund: This fund is utilized for daily Pooja is performed in Samadhi temple,Dwarkamai,Gurusthan and chavdi.

e. Shri Sai Satyavrat (Satyanarayan) Fund: This fund is utilized for daily Shri Sai Satyavrat Pooja arranged by Sansthan. Pooja material is supplied by Sansthan.

Devotee will get the acknowledgement for donated amount. Within 90 days devotee will get a receipt from Sansthan upon realization of donated funds.

Note- Online Donations for Free Prasad bhojan and other Fund categories are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust has provision to issue Saileela magazine to devotees. Saileela Magazine is an official periodical of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi which is published bi-monthly and covers importance of Shri Saibaba's rich spiritual and religious information to devotees.

Devotee can apply for Saileela magazine subscription by donating through the Saileela Membership in Online facilities

The magazine is available in following languages :

1. Hindi

2. English

3. Marathi

Only 1 subscription per language/magazine is allowed.

From the date of enrollment, the devotee will receive the next published issue of the magazine.

Magazine will be delivered to the address provided at the time of enrollment for that particular subscription

Magazine status will be displayed only after the Saileela subscription is active

Change of profile address will not change the address mentioned for Saileela magazine facility.

Any request for change in address for Saileela magazine facility will reflect only after approval from Shirdi Sai Sansthan.

The grace period for the membership expiration is 2 months

If the devotee does not renew the subscription within the grace period, his/her membership will be cancelled. In this case devotee is required to re-apply for the membership.

If the devotee changes the address during renewal, the address will not be valid for the previous subscriptions. Only subscriptions valid after the renewal period will be dispatched on the changed address.

If the magazine is returned to Sansthan more than two times, Sansthan has all the rights to temporarily deactivate the membership. Dispatch of magazine will be resumed only after the devotee communicates to Sansthan regarding change of address or availability at same address.

If devotee is gifting the subscription to someone, then he/she cannot change the address and also cannot view the delivery status. The person getting the gift can change the address and view the status, once registered through online facilities.

A unique devotee number will be issued to the person getting the subscription as a gift and then he/she can register through online facilities.

Note- Saileela Magazine facilities are non-cancellable,non-refundable and non transferrable.

Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust has a facility for the Sai devotees to register as member of the Sai Bhakta Mandal. The membership is typically referred to as Life Membership.

Devotee can apply for Life Membership facility by donating through Online facilities.

There are three categories of Life Membership facility:-

If the devotee does not renew the subscription, his/her membership will be deactivated. In this case devotee is required get the membership activated.

Change of profile address will not change the address mentioned for Life Membership facility

Any request for change in address for Life Membership facility will reflect only after approval from Shirdi Sai Sansthan.

If the devotee does not respond to Sansthan's mail or correspondence on multiple occasions, his/her membership will be deactivated. The membership will be activated again only after the devotee communicates to Sansthan.

A unique devotee number will be issued to all Devotees enrolling for Life Membership.

A person of any caste religion or sex who has completed 18 years of age and agrees with the aims and objects of the sansthan shall be eligible & may be admitted by the board of Management as Member of the Bhakta Mandal.

Invitations to Members to attend the three utsavas of Shirdi viz. Ram Navami,Guru Pournima and Punyatithi of Shri SaiBaba shall be extended by publishing the same in English & Marathi newspapers having wide circulations. Personal invitation shall be extended to patrons and life members only but it would be in the discretion of the Executive Officer to extend personal invitations to Ordinary Members.

Note- Life Membership facilities are non-cancellable,non-refundable and non transferrable.

Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust has a facility for the Sai devotees to purchase Various books on the life and teachings of Shri Saibaba, Calendars, Diaries, Photographs , Audio and Video Cassettes/CDs/DVDs etc.

Devotee can purchase limited number of items in one transaction.

Postal charges are applicable on each of the item purchased from online book store.

All items will be sold in INR only.

Ordered items will be sent by registered post address. It will take minimum 60 days to deliver the books.

All the items will be delivered to shipping address , provide at the time of purchase.

Change in profile address will not change shipping address.

Note- Book Shop facilities are non-cancellable,non-refundable and non transferrable.

1. No amount will be refunded in case of Accomodation(Room Booking),Cot Booking and Darshan facilities cancellation. (w.e.f. 04 March,2014)

2. Online Donation for Free Prasad Bhojan and other fund categories is non refundable.

3. Online Donation for Saileela Membership and Life Membership is non refundable.

4. Book Shop facilities are non-cancellable,non-refundable and non transferrable.

5. Due to technical failure, if transaction remains incomplete and amount has been deducted from devotee's account, then she/he will get full refund after deducting reasonable facility charges.This refund is applicable only for Accommodation and Darshan facilities. In case of donation, donation receipt will be sent to devotee's registered address with Sansthan.

6. After processing the refund, devotee will get automated Email.

7. Final decision regarding any complaint about refund lies with Sansthan Executive Officer.

After reservation of online facility/facilities except donation, devotee will be charged facility charge of Rs. 10.00 (Non Refundable)

General Obligations:   You shall access our web site only for lawful purposes and you shall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations in connection with the use of our web site. This Website is for your personal and non-commercial use. Devotees Must Keep Their Passwords Private:   Devotees are required to keep their account passwords confidential not share this information with others. Security of Devotee accounts will not be responsibility of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust in case password is not kept confidential by Devotee.

Corrections /Updating Personal Information:   Devotees must provide accurate and correct contact information (name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number etc). All the further communication from Sansthan to Devotees will be on the address provided. In case of incorrect information provided by Devotee, Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust will not be responsible for any failure of communication.

Use of the Online facilities:   You may only use this facility to make legitimate bookings / reservations i.e., you may not use this facility to book facilities for the purpose of commercial resale and profit. Without limitation, any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited.

Customer Responsibility:  You confirm that you are the authorized holder of the credit card or the original account holder used in the transactions you make using the site and you alone use the "id" and "password" you have created in the site. Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust will not be responsible for any financial loss, inconvenience or mental agony resulting from misuse of your ID/password/credit card number/account details number r for booking facilities on this site.

Limitation of Liability:  We shall not be liable to you save as expressly provided for in these terms and conditions and shall have no other obligations, duties or liabilities whatsoever in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the use of the facility or connection to the web site. For online payment we as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit �mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank �from time to time.
