1. Paid Darshan Pass Kiosk System
सशुल्क पासकरिता किऑस्क सिस्टीम
English:
To enhance convenience for devotees, Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust inaugurated a Paid Darshan Pass Kiosk near Entry Gate No. 1 on April 6, 2025, during the auspicious Ram Navami festival. This initiative allows devotees to obtain paid darshan passes quickly and easily, with digital payment options available at all Bhaktaniwas locations and an additional counter at the bus stand. Self-service kiosks and digital payment facilities have also been set up at the PRO office near Gate No. 6. Owing to the enthusiastic response from devotees, four kiosks have been installed at Gate No. 1. This modern facility has been widely appreciated for making the darshan process more seamless and accessible for all. (Inaugurated by Hon Shri Goraksha Gadilkar and Shri Bhimraj Darade)

2. Online Sai Sevak Registration
साईसेवक नोंदणीसाठी ऑनलाईन प्रणाली

The Trust has introduced an online registration system for Sai Sevaks, enabling devotees who wish to offer voluntary service to register conveniently through the Trust’s modern web portal. Registered groups of Sai Sevaks are given a seven-day opportunity to serve. This digital approach has made the process more transparent and accessible, and devotees have expressed great satisfaction with the new system.

3. Entry Pass Facility at Gate No. 4
गेट नंबर चार येथे मंदिर परिसर प्रवेश पासची सोय

To facilitate access for villagers and devotees visiting the Shri Shaneshwar, Shri Ganesh, and Shri Mahadev temples within the Samadhi Mandir complex, as well as those coming for meditation and scripture recitation, an entry pass system has been introduced at Gate No. 4. This new arrangement has made entry into the temple premises smoother and has been warmly welcomed by the local community and devotees.

4. Revised Donation Policy: Enhanced Donor Benefits
सुधारित देणगी धोरण: साईभक्तांना मिळणार अधिक सुविधा

The Trust has implemented a revised donation policy to offer enhanced benefits to donors. Depending on the donation amount, donors and their families receive privileges such as special darshan or aarti passes, honor shawls, photos, Sai Charitra books, Udi and Ladoo Prasad, and meal passes. For donations above ₹10 lakh, donors are entitled to lifetime annual privileges, including the opportunity to offer clothes to Sai Baba and receive special mementos. This policy reflects the Trust’s commitment to recognizing the devotion and generosity of its donors.

5. MHT-CET Coaching Classes
एमएचटी-सीईटी (MH-CET) क्लासेस

With a focus on educational empowerment, the Trust has launched smart digital learning and coaching classes for MHT-CET aspirants, particularly benefiting students from its educational campus and nearby rural areas. Nationally reputed institutions with experienced IITians/NITians will conduct these classes. Students who score above 90% in Class 10 will receive free coaching, while those with less than 90% marks and enrolled in Sai Baba Junior College will get a 50% fee waiver. Orphaned students and children of single mothers scoring above 80% will also receive full fee waivers. This initiative aims to provide quality education and opportunities for rural and underprivileged students.

6. Free German Language Classes
जर्मन भाषा क्लासेस

To boost international job prospects for its students, the Trust’s Industrial Training Institute (ITI) has started free German language classes. Many students from rural and economically weaker backgrounds are now able to learn German without financial burden. Recently, two students from the ITI were selected for jobs and dual degree programs in Germany. This initiative has been highly appreciated by both students and parents.

The Trust has developed a grand educational complex equipped with digital classrooms, Wi-Fi connectivity, a modern theatre, swimming pool, badminton and table tennis courts, and sports grounds. Senior college courses like B.Sc. Computer Science and Bachelor in Computer Applications have been started, with a 120-computer lab now operational for students. This modern infrastructure is designed to provide students with a holistic and technologically advanced learning environment.

10. Shri Sainath Eye Bank

The Sainath Eye Bank was inaugurated on March 13, 2025, at the Sainath Hospital. The facility, started with the support of generous donors, has already enabled successful corneal transplants, restoring vision to several patients. This initiative is a boon for the visually impaired and has been warmly acknowledged by the community.

11. Insurance Cover for Devotees
श्री साईबाबांच्या दर्शनासाठी येणाऱ्या साईभक्तांना पाच लाखांचे विमा कवच

Sai devotees traveling to Shirdi, whether by private or public vehicles or on foot with a palanquin, are now covered by an insurance policy of ₹5 lakh against untoward incidents during their journey. To avail of this benefit, palanquin groups must register with the Trust, providing names and Aadhaar numbers of participants. This initiative provides security and peace of mind to all devotees visiting Shirdi.
